Hi!I am writing in response to a complaint filed.I spoke with *** and he does recall having a conversation with the customer explaining that he would get to the job as soon as he can I'm not sure if you are aware and feel free to verify with any of the concrete companies, but
towards the end of the year there became a shortage of concrete There is still a shortage and the cost has sky rocketed for smallloads such as yoursIt has been very difficult for us to "catch up" as thevendors were only supplying to major companies vsOur "mom n pop."We certainly apologize for the delay and want all of our customers to be happy It is up to you if you'd like to continue to move forward or find another contractor please note that we cannot put a date on when seeing as we are booked thru August. Please understand that we are a part time business.I'm going to enclose ***'s cell number ###-###-#### Please note that he will be available to talk after 3:30pm.Once again.....we NEVER take any money down until the work is completed. Hope to talk to you soon And once again, we apologize for the delay.Respectfully,Kia W***###-###-####
Company states that the issue was resolvedThe consumer advised that they had gone with another contractor and consider the matter dropped
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

It is not my intention to get into an argument over semantics. Your idea of what honest business practices and my idea, simply do not agree. I entered into with you to replace my steps and you did not live up to that agreement. Simply put, "I am not the bad guy here!" You can call it whatever you want and play with the words, but simply put you did not live up to your end of the contract. I contacted another company on Monday, June 22, 2015, they came the same day gave us an estimate we accepted it, it was less than yours last year, and they came on Tuesday and will finish on Saturday, that is how you do business. There will be no further correspondence from me. [redacted]
Dear [redacted], Please forgive us as I just received your complaint today.I spoke with [redacted] and he said that he did email you back and explained the difficult time we are having recruiting help. At that time [redacted] mentioned that he would probably not be able to get to your job butdid refer...
you to another company giving you the owners name. No money has ever been exchanged. [redacted] will follow up with a phone call by the end of the week.Respectfully,[redacted]
[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did also inform the Revdex.com on 8/25/2015 via email that I have gone with another contractor and will no longer be in contact with the company. I also hope that this impacts his rating; as I do not feel this company demonstrates A ratings.

Dear Mr. [redacted],We're sorry that you feel this way. We want nothing more than to deliver prompt, quality service to each one of our customers. We have been in business since 1999 and a majority of our clients are repeats (wanting additional work done) and referrals. If we consistently did business like you suggest we would obviously be out of business. We cannot apologize more for not getting back to you in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it sounds like you have already made up your mind and don't feel that you can trust our company. However, [redacted] said that he is still willing to do your job within the month (weather and concrete permitting.)We would also honor last years price for you too! Please give our office a call within the next 7 days of this letter otherwise we will assume that you have chosen to go with another company. The choice is yours and no hard feelings.Respectfully,[redacted] and Kia W[redacted]###-###-####
