Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and I am truly sorry for the delays and frustrations you encountered.
I spoke with our two Construction Managers Steve B[redacted] and Beau N[redacted] and I understand they...
have both been in contact with you since we received your complaint and have been able to make progress on your development and put a game plan together for getting the rest of the basement completed.
Here is a recap of what you have done to date:
The complaint was in regards to lack of communication and lack of flooring showing up last week as planned. Since then:
- Steve B[redacted] met with the customer last week to address concerns
- Site supervisor has been replaced and communication increased by Beau N[redacted]
- Basement has been cleaned out and prepped for flooring.
- Flooring has started (Lino Monday Feb 29, Prep work March 1, Upstairs tile March 2) and been put on rush order to have it completed by March 6th for all work, downstairs and upstairs.
- All trades have been booked and confirmed for next week.
- Projected job completion by end of next week.
In regards to the shower I know Steve already spoke with you but I would like to address it here as well. Unfortunately, sometimes we are limited by where the builder locates the bulkheads and in this case we had to navigate around existing ducting. As discussed with Steve we will be tiling the ceiling in the bathroom.
