Review: On May **, 2013, I placed an order with Planet Rx for 7 items (3 different products) and within a week or so had received all but two of the items, both of which cost $24.70 for a total of $49.40. I have since submitted three online request tickets seeking information regarding my order, but zero responses. Also, I have made 2 or 3 phone calls and left voicemails regarding this over the past week, but again, no response from Planet Rx. At this point, I'm not certain what to do as it is apparent that Planet Rx has no intent to fulfill their obligation nor make any attempt to satisfy me as their customer.Desired Settlement: Obviously, I do not want to be charged for products I did not recieve. Also, I want Planet Rx 's potential customers to be fully aware of the total disregard for customer service and satisfaction.
