It seems there was an error in this client profile. Error which was addressed recently and adjusted accordinglyClient has been refunded in to current balances the overcharges
including extra bank fees which we where not liable for but to better service the clients where refunded also after all was adjusted there was a balance due. The client wanted to pay absolutely no fees (0) interest for all loans which we could not accommodate as per the proper charges where being billed according to regulation fees but the client was not satisfied and threatened to file a complaint regardless. To recap the situation was handled as best as possible given the time period in which the issue was addressed, client was REFUNDED all excess charges but was issued large loans recently which where utilized for the REFUND which the client agreed to however the client also DEMANDED we refund the fees for each loans and wanted to pay only principle amounts to which we did not agree and there fore is now filing this complaint. We have done our part in rectifying the situation and cannot offer ZERO fees
*** is an ongoing client which loans are directly deposited in to the account as per advised by email NO SPECIFIC time frame for deposits we advise funds in transit are available with in (Business Hours) and are posted upon completion by their bank institutionsThe last loan issued for this
client was May 1st via Interact Email money transfer there are no loans pending to be credited as all reflect in the clients account I am not sure what the demands of the client are we cannot destroy agreements for loans she has acquired and are currently active

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below: You have disregarded all policies and and law when it comes to Payday loans The company only provides loans throughout Canada, not the States, although that is where you are locatedNot one province has a rate of 35% interest fees Yes I am asking for a full refund of interest because of your malpractice, why on earth should your company gain from ilegal acts? In your response to my email, you purposely left out information, disregarded any point I made in the fact you ask your clients for there online banking accounts and passwords, which is ilegal You disregarded the fact that you deduct payment from the accounts day before pay day, there is no hour time difference from Canada to the states so your excuse to blame the "time zone" difference is invalid By law payday lenders are required to forfeit all interest when they purposely use tactics to gain funds from he unknowing public The company knows that their practices are unlawful but will not do the right tinny and provide a refund of interest What I am asking does not make the company in the minus, it breaks even, and they are not either Ben willing to do that The complaint is not resolved whatsoever. The reason for my decline was not valid and I tried to explain each time. They did not give me a detailed reason just a vague one. They did not look at my banking to see that they were mistaken about deposit dates and when they finally did look at my banking they realized they were incorrect and rejected me on the fact that my bank account was empty the samed day as my payday but I paid everything that was due So no I do not accept their resolve And the reason I had so many applications was they would block my replies by emailsWouldn't return my calls And did not like the fact that I was correct with their first assumption was wrong. I will lastly address the issue and will try to be more clear The application declined originally was due to a discrepancy with the EI deposit date which was a due to the Christmas holiday schedule which the client was explained through means of various emails, there after this client acquired new loans with other loan companies and continued to apply to our sites many times, the client was maxed out based on a $income biweekly deposit which is insufficient to qualify for the loan. Various responses have been conducted there after between the client and several of our customer service representatives through (email and telephone) at which times again it was explained the reasons for each decline I am not sure why the client keeps insistent that calls and emails where neglected as we have advised in our records there have been many calls and emails as per previously statedWe regret the client is not satisfied with the result of the applications and response but there is not much we can offer the client at this point as the requirements to qualify for a loan are not met
The matter has been resolved with the client directly and business is continuing as per satisfactory resolution

The client was applying with incorrect information therefore delayed the process of the Loan processing based on the client profile the maximum amount was issued given the client is not satisfied with the amount we have not Cancelled and Voided this loan no funds will be credited NOR debited from
the account

I was approved for a loan asked to send it etransfer to Bmo for a week I tried calling and emailing finally Aug 27 they sent a new now it can't be released until they verify with there bank so I've left a lot of messages email and voicemail can someone please please get back to me or verify the etransfer [email protected] thanks

They contacted me and offered to reimburse the additional fees incurred due to them removing money prematurely. It will be corrected in my account by Friday. If it isn't actually corrected who do I notify?

Mr. [redacted] acquired a loan on July 10th 2015 which original due date was to be repaid July 31st 2015 from the original payment and every other month we sent payments there after each payment returned NSF after the second month of consecutive returns the client was placed on a payment plan...
which also failed. Each time a payment fails our system generates an email and it is sent to the client to make arrangements for the amount due as well as repayment instructions and the option to set up your OWN payment arrangement to allow clients to manage their own accounts as per their specific needs until now the client has not made any attempts to contact us to make arrangement nor has he set up any payment plans as per Pre-Authorized Debit forms signed clients give us multiple access to the accounts to make debits easier for them. Currently historical payments cleared where made November 30th, January 29th Dec 31st and January payments of $49 which was the payment plan set up for the client to assist in the repayment of their overdue loan balance however 12 payments to date have returned back Non Sufficient funds which cause the balance to increase we have referred this case to a manager which has agreed to deduct NSF charges and apply these as a Refund towards the overall balance leaving the client a balance of $75.00 for the loan overdue we have been negotiating via email with this client since the initial Revdex.com complaint was made as he had not made any attempts to contact prior to filling out the complaint. This action has been referred to Mr. [redacted] via Email March 2nd 2016 which he has not yet responded the client profile has been placed on hold and NO debits will be sent through the account until an agreement has been reached.
We have rectified the issue there was a technical error which we have adjusted the excess fees and additional bank charges where Refunded back to the client we are not able to Refund anything further as per all credits have been applied.

apologize for the error as these can occur we will be glad to rectify the situation and refund the difference once the payment can be confirmed either by the client emailing in a PAD format for the last 30 days of banking to our service email ([email protected]) or waiting the 5 business days from January 27th 2017 as per withdrawal date.

This client has submitted 27 applications from Dec 13th 2016 to Jan 31st 2017 with each application there is a pre-approved document sent out in case the loan is granted there is no waiting time for the funds to be processed unfortunately the criteria has not been met to qualify for a new...

The estate of the bank Statement does not meet the requirements based on the amount of the income deposit verses final day balance and other lenders in the statement. It is our criteria we cannot offer the client a loan we regret our decision is not to your satisfactory expectation nevertheless the criteria is not met.
