Jaime P***, your previous message was exactly what I expected. You're taking no ownership for these problems I am
experiencing. You have an opportunity to right this wrong, and yet you still beat around the bush taking no responsibility. I purchased this truck from you, and paid higher than KBB value because you and your staff guaranteed the vehicle to be in excellent condition. You're mechanics drove this truck longer than I have. They put more miles on it than I haveI barely used this truck and am running into issues with it. Sounds to me like you have sold me a broken vehicle. I remember sitting in your office, one thing we did discuss is your employee running into the back of my truck. You said you would personally go take a look and make sure it was repaired professionally. You Jaime, never did that. The truck was never repaired at all. I'm talking about the body damage your employee caused. This is the kind of dealership you run? My request were simple. Fix or pay out the damages your employee caused by rear ending the truck, adjust the transmission so it doesn't skip and replace the blower motor. Why wont you take responsibility for these things? I just bought this truck! I really would have liked to solve this directly with you, but, you don't return phone calls! How many times did I call you and leave a message. You never returned one of themWith the exception of Arthur, your sales staff is extremely rude and pushy. None of them know how to return calls either. It seems as though the only time I was a priority was pre sale! When there was something in it for you and your bank accounts. Your complaints towards your dealership are starting to be similar with one another. Its not going to take long before the public sees your staff and dealership for its true colors. I would strongly recommend never buying a used vehicle from Jaime since you never will know what your really getting. The worst part is the truck was barely used and he takes no ownership or pride in making things right. A good dealership would stand by their product and make it right. Within reason. This has been such a dissapointment. Everytime I look at this truck it reminds me of a terrible situation with Planet Hyundai. How I regret buying from them.

This was purchased at Planet Hyundai, not Honda. I will forward this to the General Manager at Planet Hyundai.
Sounds like there is some confusion between run flat tires and a fix a flat kit. [redacted] also has free roadside assistance that this car would have been under, so towing should have been free and they would have fixed the flat with the fix a flat kit. time and we will order a spare tire kit for her. I would also like her to know that this will reduce her gas mileage, and better gas mileage is the reason these cars don't have spares.
Unfortunately, taxes are between you and your state, city, and county. It's not something we get involved in being that it is not optional. Furthermore, on the Buyer's Order that you signed, it does say that you are responsible for any taxes not collected on the original contract.

I am rejecting this response because: they still have not explained why when I inquired about the taxes being charged when I was signing paperwork that I was told those were the taxes required but was not in anyway told owe we are only collecting half the taxes. I set up a payment plan as they are threatening to take to court. Again nice way to treat someone buying 3 new cars from you in 4 years. Won't buy my next car from you. Also had 3 people wanting to buy cars from you one was the loaner SUV you guys gave me but after this none of them are buying from you guys now nice job.

Attached is the Buyer's Order signed by customer. You can see under #14 on page 2: "Buyer assumes and agrees to pay...any such sales, use, or occupational taxes imposed on or applicable to the transaction covered by this Order." Additionally, the customer called and set up a payment plan to take care of the taxes, starting Friday 11/4/16.
When you originally purchased the vehicle, the fix a flat was disclosed on both [redacted] sticker that came on your car and also by your Sales Representative. We would be happy to fix this concern by providing a spare at no cost to the customer since that is the concern. We will also install the spare at no cost as this addresses the original concern of the customer at the time of purchase. This solution is very reasonable and addresses the concerns that are being represented here. I believe that the concern is that there is not a spare and they are not happy with the way a fix a flat works; I have done everything I can to address and fix this concern free of charge to the customer. If I am wrong and the concern is that they just want brand new tires that are "zero pressure", we will not have a resolution.At no point has a [redacted] ever had "zero pressure tires" nor has anyone used that language when discussing this issue. The fix a flat solution on this car was properly discussed by the Sales Representative, the Finance Manager, and the Service Manager.

I am rejecting this response because: like I stated I was not informed of additional taxes and when I asked was told that was all the tax required. So I don't feel I owe as I inquired and was told that was the taxes not anything about additional when I asked at paperwork signing.
