That's funny because on April I walked into the Planet Fittness in Plymouth and took it upon myself to cancel my membership for a second time! And now your saying you, " the manager" cancelled it too! That is amazing book keeping how one membership can be canceled so many times Just goes to show you your record keeping is less than subpar

cancel her membership*** stated to our staff member she was kind of on the fence about cancellingWe do have all the paperwork regarding ***'s cancellation on the particular day: however, we have nothing on record that *** actually did cancelShe would have had to sign off on paperwork which we then would have on file and in our data baseWhen *** did follow up with a phone call, she was asked to bring in the paperwork she would have been given if she did cancel*** could not produce the paperworkAgain, we do have ***'s***'s membership has since been cancelledAnt additional billing was due to her failure to produce, in a timely manner, copies of documents she would have received upon cancelling that same day her friend *** didWe have tried to problem solve with her , however, she couldn't meet us even half way
We stand by our original statement. Anna was undecided whether she wanted to cancel her membership at the time. Anna's failure to provide us with the paperwork, she allegedly signed with us to cancel here membership, still stands. We do not have a record of her cancellation and she cannot produce record. Her membership has been cancelled by management.

I did cancel my membership that day at the same time with [redacted] but a different employees and they know it. I did have my receipt for about 5 weeks and then threw it out by accident. I do not know what they did with thier copy but I do remember the girl that was doing my paper work asked the other woman that was helping [redacted] for assistance. When I walked out that day [redacted] and I both were told we were all set and our memberships were cancelled.
