I am rejecting this response because: as you stated the contract has a minumum month.....it has been months....and you still wont cancel the account without paying a fee.....I have not been in contract for over months....so I dont see why you keep taking money and why it is such a hassle to cancel this Regards, [redacted]
I have spoken with Josh at the number supplied and he informed me that he is going to manually cancel my membership and we are all squared away and resolvedHe was very understanding of the circumstance and stated he wished he was made aware of the situation sooner so that he could resolve itWith my membership canceled and nothing owed to planet fitness I feel this is resolved and can continue the relationship in the future Regards, [redacted]

membership agreement it states that our club requires written notification delivered in club in person or via certified mail to the clubWe checked all of our records to see if a cancellation had been taken but not processed in our computer system and we have nothing on file for either one of themThe Planet Fitness procedure is that anytime a member needs to cancel a membership we are required to fill out a cancellation form that has a carbon copy that is given to them for their recordsWe also then do a very thorough check the next day making sure any cancellations that happened were processed properly. We are more than willing to refund all monthly dues and any fee’s that the member has been charged after the alleged cancel dateWe just need to them to provide either one or both of the cancellation receiptsWe have reached out to the customer and have left a couple of voicemails. We have went ahead and terminated the membershipIt order for *** to come back to the club at a later date she will have to pay the balance in order to rejoinIf she does not want to ever rejoin then she will not have to worry about it. Thanks Josh
