I am afraid the there was no attachment that I could find in the complaintAgain, the banks lending practices are out of our controlWe are not the bankThere was a difference between the amounts input in the paystub loan and the amount input in the actual returnI cannot be more specific than that except the preparer explained this to the client when the client had her actual return doneThe amount the client is stating she paid for tax prepfees is also overstated
Although I know it must be frustrating for the client when she thought she was going to receive a loan of a certain amount and she received a lessor amount, unfortunately, we are not the bank and we cannot control the lenders decision as to how much money the bank is willing to lend the taxpayer
The amount of the original loan was based on what was input when the client only had her paystubWhen the client came back with her actual W-2, the amounts were different on the W-then what was calculated when the paystub information was input and this was told to the client by the person who prepared her tax return We will send the client a restaurant.com gift certificate to the client for her frustrations She may also call the lending bank if she would like to determine why the bank lowered the amount they were willing to lend her. Again, it is unfortunate but we have no control over how much money the bank is willing to lend

Regards,You sent me the attached email when I did my taxes with my paystub and the w2 and paystub were identical in numbers. Nothing changed between the two. I never would have paid you guys $400 to do my taxes only so I could get a $500 advance. I do my own races normally and I asked girl specifically about the refund advance. So basically I paid you guys for $400 for a loan of $500. Does that even make sense to you? No it doesn't. I was lied to and mislead by your company and I want my fees back. You didn't deliver on what you promised or emailed. It's bad business to do people dirty and lie to them.
