On 1/3/Planet Fitness mistakenly deducted $from my account(membership fee)However the fee was not supposed to be deducted until Aprilthe club manager agreed and stated that they would return the $
However the error caused me to incur overdraft fees in my checking account where the only money available was for my credit card billoverdraft fee for planet fitness & the other on my credit card
My complaint is that if Planet fitness would not have errored I would not have incurred any fees giving the fact that my membership fee was not do until April...again the money for my credit card bill was available until Planet fitness errored
The branch manager also said that he could not reimburse me for the overdraft fees but could give me a a month gym credit, However this is not equivalent to the fees I incurred

My father unexpectedly passed away May 2ndI just got around to calling and cancelling many of his bills and subscriptionsI called Planet Fitness today to cancel his account that he hasn’t used in at least three monthsPlanet Fitness refused to refund his account for May, June, and July (he passed away May 2nd) I’ve spoken with a number of other business who not only waived cancellation fees, but also refunded his account the last few months since he passed away*** even refunded his account for the past months! It’s enough of a loss and burden to handle the passing of a close family member, but to have Planet Fitness continue to charge his account and have no issue with doing so is an atrocityI will NEVER and I repeat NEVER use And Planet Fitness faculty ever again, and neither should youIf Planet Fitness does this to everyone that passes away, it is the equivilent of atealijg probably hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more, from people every yearThis should

I updated my billing information on 4/I no longer use the acct that was originally signed up, hence why I changed it in ample time for my 4/billingAs of this morning planet fitness charged my old account (the one I REMOVED) and I now have accrued an overdraft fee of $because planet fitness charged my account that I already did my due diligence to change!

I canceled my Planet Fitness membership in prior to June of - and they continued to take the $each month They reimbursed me in June of for the prior so many months However, They have been continuing to take it since then to the tune of $ They now owe that back to me They never stopped debiting my account This money is for July of - thru January of 2018.) All I want is my money back and for them to stop hitting my account each month with a charge
