One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever hadI was from out of town & the front desk at the Westin in The Domain recommend Pizza Galore as a delivery ServiceMy food was never deliveredI simply called the next day to receive a refund & was continually hung up on, lied to, and cused atAfter over a week of trying to speak with an owner/manager, I finally got in touchI was told he would not refund me nor had no intention of ever doing soIf you do not receive a product you paid for by a business, it's illegal to deny them money backThey should be closed down or at the very least finedI had to call my American Express where they gladly refunded my cardUnfourtunately, my card company has the where with all to do what's right for their customersThis business is as shady as it getsI would recommend everyone to stay far away!

My food was never delivered. I simply called the next day to receive a refund & was continually hung up on, lied to, and cused at. After over a week of trying to speak with an owner/manager, I finally got in touch. I was told he would not refund me nor had no intention of ever doing so. If you do not receive a product you paid for by a business, it's illegal to deny them money back. They should be closed down or at the very least fined.
