I am rejecting this response because: The issue is not with the customer service rep, I have yet to get that inventory count and am lucky to get a response at all when asking questions about our inventory level or serial '#'s that were sent to stores

client must have lost contact with *** and unaware of the new assigned representative. Brian Jaworski from Superfridge is now in contact with the new customer service representative, Lily Martinez, who is currently assisting with his request to pick up their goodsAttached is an email communication in which I have been included for your review and confirm the matter is being resolved.
