[redacted] was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and proficient.

Review: Had bought my air conditioner a Lennox from Pfizer Air with installation. After installation it rained water into my house, had constant problems and bills to fix air conditioner after installation. Found from [redacted] that until was installed wrong, extra things I paid for on the unit were not working and have caused unit to rust out and the pan to develop a wide split. Renee told me they would not work on the unit because of several factors. Told me the only way I could get heat and air in my house was to add ducting and vents that I did for a thousand dollars. They took out the air exchanger and the swamp cooler and put the air unit on the roof, turned water on full blast that was going into the air conditioner on then going into the chamber my swamp cooler was hooked to with no vents, shorted out the vapor light, It is still working but I turned off the water, but it is a matter of time. I spent 8 thousand, plus another three to get it right. Pfizer offered me another warranty after it changed names and said the other warranty was no good, but it was 2,500.00. As a company I know they did a lot of people wrong, now they are going around as Benjamin air.Desired Settlement: This should have been replaced years ago and they should have known what they were doing and fixed it right when this started. They knew what was going on. I paid for three air conditioners for this little house and have had to live with the huge piece of junk on my roof because it was installed wrong. They figured big would blow out of the attic, that was has been blowing up there for years, knowing that they just went on like everything was ok. They are good at playing dumb

let me clarify that we have not changed our name, that we are still the same

company and a Revdex.com Accredited Business with an A+ rating. There is no truth to

the statement that the system was installed incorrectly, just a word from a

low-priced competitor.The customer bought their HVAC system from us in June of

2007. Since that time they have had quite a number of mechanical problems. As a

known condition of their warranty, the system was to be maintained by a

professional annually in order for their warranty to stay in effect. The

customer was made aware of this in writing. This did not happen and the

warranty became void. However, with the exception of one mechanical failure,

every concern has been handled at NO CHARGE. I am aware that the customer currently has a cracked drain pan that

is not covered by warranty (see above note) However, on December 21, 2014 this

customer signed up for our Repair and Maintenance Essentials plan that, in

addition to the annual maintenance, the plan does cover up to $500 towards a major

repair 4 times a year. In other words, this plan would cover $500 towards the

repair of the cracked drain pan. It would not cover the full $1,179 of the

repair, but would cover the first $500. I do not know why they are not using

that. Regarding the complaint, I agree the customer has had

mechanical challenges with their system. Is all of this from a lack of maintenance,

I am not sure. We have always responded promptly and acted professionally in

all of our dealings with this customer. There are no valid complaints

about our company that the Revdex.com should be involved in. We have fulfilled every

part of our agreement with the consumer. We have even gone above and beyond and

absorbed several costs that we were not obligated to. This unit was installed over 8 years ago. They have not had

the annual maintenance performed as required and because of that are faced with

a repair that would have been covered had they done as they were required. a silly but compelling question; would you expect a car dealer to replace a broken part on

a car that only had 3 oil changes in 8 years? Of course not and that is the

same logic that applies to this situation. I formally ask that this case be dismissed

Our service with Jim from Pitzer's One Hour Air was outstanding.We had a capacitor replaced and Jim took the time to explain why and was very patient and informative. Jim was very professional and courteous. We will ask for him at our next service!

Pitzer Co I was impressed with a/c tech Johnathon F[redacted]. He answered my questions and serviced the a/c in good shape. I signed up for the yearly protection sevice on parts. Thank you Barbara R[redacted]

Review: I HAVE A 10YR PARTS & LABOR CONTRACT WITH PITZER ON MY HEAT & AC UNIT DUE TO EXPIRE 3/17/15. THEY COULD NOT GET PARTS TO REPAIR. I WAS LEFT W/ A BROKEN ELECTRONIC AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM THAT CAUSED HEALTH ISSUES. MY AC UNIT, THEY CAN'T FIND PARTS. "I MADE IT RUN." I SPENT $1300.00 MY OWN MONEY TO KEEP THIS UNIT RUNNING."I'VE BEEN LIED TO REPEADEDLY". " POOR MAITENANCE THE LAST 4&HALF YRS MAKES ME WONDER HOW FAR BACK THEIR LIES & INCMPETENCE HAVE GONE ON TO CAUSE STRESS & MORE HEALTH ISSUES TO MY SOULMATE BEFORE SHE PASTAWAY 6/21/2010". WE'VE HONORED OUR END W/ PAYMENT OF TUNE UPS TWICE A YR. THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARARTY IS A LIE. THIER ADVERTISING IS FALSE. I HAVE A MAJOR TRUST ISSUE W/ PITZER. This review is about Pitzer's one Hour A/C & Heating The Tech. was Jim F. Very professional and Knowledgeable. A great person

and he was able to help us as soon as the cover came off the A/C unit. His diagnosis was right on and he took no Short cuts. He was able to quickly give us the quote and offered Two options to fix our problem. A very trustworthy individual. We were up and running quickly.

Jim arrived on time and provided courteous service. He seemed very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him to a friend. Thank you, Jim.
