Review: On April 10, 2012 our Home Owners Association awarded a contract to Pittsburgh Roof Cleaners to remove algae from all of the roofs in our community, the [redacted] in [redacted]. The contract included a warranty that guarantees that if the algae appears on any part of the roofs in the community for a period of five years that the algae will be removed. On September 24, 2014 I reported to our management company, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] who was under contract by our HOA to award and managed the contractors who worked at our community, that we had several homes that the algae re-appeared. On September 24, 2014 the property manager for [redacted], informed me that Pittsburgh Roof Cleaners would not honor their contract for 5 years. On November 24, 2014 I sent Mr [redacted], the owner of Pittsburgh Roof Cleaners, an email asking him to honor his signed contract. Mr. [redacted] has not replied to my email or attempted to contract me.Desired Settlement: The HOA would like Pittsburgh Roof Cleaners to honor their contract and clean the following homes where the algae has re-appeared.[redacted], side[redacted], rear[redacted], rear[redacted] rear[redacted], front[redacted]
