Review: They came out to our site The gentleman came never said he was here installed a used coin slot in my dryer Brought me a bill for $259.After he was paid he left I went to check on machine and the same problem prosiest. I called to speak to the Owner and he stated that he will work with me to get my refund and stated to call him back in 15 mins to speak to the person who came out. After 15 Min I called him back the desk clerk stated he was not in Called back 45 and he came on the phone and stated that his driver already left the area so he would not be able to give refund now.I asked if he could send a check declined to do so.They over charge you for one cause they are the only laundry service in the area and they give poor service.Desired Settlement: I would like my $259 returned because I am still having the same problem that I had from before and a apology from the owner for Not following his statement on returning my money.

Response:
On June 26,2013 we were at the Motel doing service on the coin operated dryer in the guest laundry. The owner stated our technician never checked in to say he was there. They knew our technician was there because their maintenance man was right there with our technician while he repaired the dryer.
The coin slide was sticking and a hole was drilled into it and could not be repaired so we had to replace the coin slide with a new one. When our technician left the coin slide was operating because our technician put quarters in the coin slide to make sure it was operating.
The owner did call here and stated the dryer wasn't working and he wanted us to return and put the original coin slide back on along with wanting a refund for the complete repair. I told him a technician would come back and put the original coin slide on (which we left the original slide there) and I would give him a refund for the new coin slide but I could not give him a refund for the service time, which was travel time, a service call and the time he was there working on the dryer. I also told him if he wanted he could ship us the new coin slide since we left the original one there and once we received the coin slide back I would issue a refund for the coin slide.
The technician did not over charge him. The owner was charged for two (2) hours travel both ways @ $50.00 per hour, a service call charge of $85.00 then $18.00 for the 15 minutes that the technician was there.
The rates are not to expensive. Theowner can call other repair companies and he will see that we are right in line with other companies.
Thank you
