Regards,
*** ***Again with the lies I was told nothing when I turned the vehicle inI signed the paper and that was itAnd how could I have addressed any concerns when I didn't have any until I was contacted by *** a week or two later? I don't care what you can conceive, I know what was told too me on 10/21/by your finance managerRegardless of what happens here I hope to shed some light on your company's shady sales practicesI will be sure to let my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone else who will listen know how shady you operate
Mr ***As per our conversion regarding the wheels, the price you where quoted from me after the confusion and miss communication on our side is still available (dealer cost) per wheels plus tax ( using the existing tire pressure monitors)I also offered to provide all the labor
free of chargeYour response to me and I quote "that is not a deal I will purchase the wheels from *** Nissan"If you would like to order the wheels we will require full (non refundable) payment up front. Please let us know if you choose to move forward Regards Gary C***General ManagerPittsburgh East Nissan*** *** ***
** ***,On January 19,when you dropped off and signed the lease grounding document is when your concern should have been addressed, as you where informed at that time to your responsibilitiesWe lease over vehicles a year and at no time is any customer told they can turn in or walk away from a binding contract prior to fulfilling itThe idea behind the thought doesn't make senseYou have copies of your lease agreement stating your obligation to the lessor/ lender ***We are sorry that you are unwilling or unable to complete your contract obligation and wish you the best in the futureWe are closing this case and will not be responding any further.Best Regards

*** ***My issue with this dealership is when I leased the vehicle I was deliberately given information about the lease programI was told that I could turn the lease in early without penaltyHad I not been told this by their finance manager on 10/21/I would not have turned the vehicle in

Review: On 10/21/12 I leased a vehicle for 39 months I was told that I could turn it in early and not owe anything more. I turned it in early and now they are saying I owe the remaining balance of the lease. had I not been told this I would have either not leased it or I would finished the lease.Desired Settlement: I would like to happen what I was told would happen. Also I would like to warn people of their sales practices don't believe what they say get it in writing.
