1st pit boss 250 watt Electric smoker returned to store. Pellet AUGER Malfunctioned. Received a replacement put it all together the cabinet is damaged, the pellet glass window is cracked but it seemed to be okay. So I contacted Pitboss. Spoke with Danielle. Submitted all the photos and she says I can send you out compensation items. So this goes on and on for over a week or two and she sends me a tracking number for my order. Well today it was supposed to be delivered. The items that's I have been waiting for went to VA not AZ. Now If your in warranty and customer service how can you be so bad at your job? Called fed ex and they said that tracking number she gave me was for another customer and they had no packages from Dansons for me. So why lie to your customers and give them incorrect information. I now have to start over and I am not happy with this whole experience. Customer service is horrible.
