I feel that I was forced to settle in order to keep my credit rating Their charges are out of proportion and based on excess interest rates to determine their bill
Our client placed three accounts for Mr*** and the confusion was caused by the multiple accounts Mr*** spoke with a Supervisor today and made a payment to bring his accounts up to date The "up to date" status will close and return his accounts to our client

Hi got to read the business response and after a week of no return calls if it passed beyond the 31st of January I would pay more fees and I had to contact them so it does not get worse this company I feel does not care nor respond to messages, if it does not suit them they just put it on a back burner and wait so they can collect more money on late fees huh they make the millions, not a middle class person and they showed no sign of good business ethicsYes I had to pay to stop the extra fees and mr*** should be retrained to help out their clients and not brush them offI only have accounts not like their response, that should show how well organized and reputable they are to miss something so small as or accounts

We did receive Ms*** payment on May 8, Per our standard remittance procedures, the funds were remitted to *** Vacation Club via their third party servicer, *** on May 18, When Ms*** left voice mail messages on May 23, we contacted *** to confirm
when the payment would be posted to Ms*** account Our staff waited to return the message until they received a response We received a response on May 24th confirming the payment was received and that they would post to Ms*** account on May 24th We called Ms*** and informed her of the same information We also provided the contact information for *** at her request
We believe you have forwarded this complaint to the wrong company We do not service healthcare receivables We did search and have no record of Ms*** within our system
Ms***’s account was placed with Pinnacle Recovery,
Incon August 17, and a letter notifying her of the placement was mailed
on August 19, 2015. Our client received
a direct payment from Ms*** on August 27, 2015. Attached please find a Dues Payment History
that
indicates a portion of this payment was coded to collection fees and a
portion of our client’s governing documents that explain the late fee, interest
and collection fee policy
One of our supervisors spoke with Ms*** on
September 29, The supervisor explained that if Ms*** could
provide the stop payment of the original check that she references, she would
be able to reduce the collection fees.
We have not received this documentation.
As a one-time accommodation, we have waived the outstanding collection
fee balance, but Ms*** does still have an outstanding balance of
$
We had previously received an e-mail from Ms*** and had sent return correspondence that we were investigating the matter Our associates did submit Ms*** request to remove her telephone number Our IT staff was unable to find Ms*** number in our database and had been
researching the problem Upon research, we believe that another consumer's home telephone number is forwarded to Ms***' cell number We had never called Ms*** number directly, nor was it contained in our system We have now placed both telephone numbers on our do not call list, but Ms*** may encounter this problem with other parties due to the call forwarding

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** While I disagree with prejudice as I never received a letter from them, and therefore would request a copy of the letter and a copy of the signed return receipt of service, and I was never left a message from them eitherI was also provided different information about this matter from Worldmark about the timing of everything However, If Pinnacle Recovery does in fact dismiss the fee and and not pursue collection, I find that would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Regards,

Pinnacle Recovery, Inc.
is a third party collection agency. Ms. [redacted]'s account was three years
delinquent and assigned to us in December 2014 by our client. We sent Ms.
[redacted] four letters. The initial letter was originally requested to be
sent to the address on file with our...
client. We received a revised
address from the National Change of Address and mailed all four letters to this
address and received no return mail. Additionally, we left four voicemail
messages on Ms. [redacted]'s phone number.
It is Ms. [redacted]’s
responsibility to pay the cost of collection. I have attached the
[redacted] policy regarding assessments and have marked with an asterisk
the paragraphs regarding due date and delinquent assessments. I
underlined the portion of the paragraph that explains that any fees incurred
due to collection efforts are the responsibility of the owner.
We have updated the
credit reporting on Ms. [redacted]’s account to reflect that the account is paid in
full.

Hello, i appreciate the response of Pinnacle Recovery Services. I have included images that list them as the person holding my fraudulent account as well as more detail on the charge. It may be possible Pinnacle is a subsidiary of the actual holder or related in some other way. If that is the case, please let me know. But, they are listed on my end as the account holder and I would like to clear up why that is.
Regards,
[redacted]
Upon receipt of Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we reviewed his file and did update the balance. I have attached our correspondence to Mr. [redacted] explaining the remaining balance.
We have added Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]'s work phone numbers to our do not call list and will only contact them on their preferred phone number, address or e-mail address.
[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I will accept their response, but want to note, that I am not fully satisfied with the response. I don't feel that I should have to pay Pinnacle anything since my account was paid in full to [redacted] long before I ever heard from Pinnacle. I plan to follow up with [redacted] on this issue. Having said that, I have paid the $75.37 online to Pinnacle, as I just want this frustrating process to be completed. As a complete resolution to this issue, I am requesting confirmation from Pinnacle that my account has a zero balance and that no adverse reports will be made to my credit report.Regards,
