I am responding to complaint id#*** that Ms*** submitted. Time Investment Company, Incdid finance YellowBlue brand Solar Fan, BlueMaxx and MLI solar products that were purchased on with a cancellation period until 4.20.16. We are a strictly the finance company and
were not there at the time of sale. I have spoken directly to the owner of Pinnacle Power Solutions and to date they have not had any communications with the customer regarding her complaints. In regards to the total balance, I have included a copy of the signed contract and application with the total sales price as well as the APR and payment factor which was indeed singed by Mr***. The consumer had until to exercise his rights to cancel and he did not exercise those rights. At this point, the consumer is almost months past their cancellation date and specifically state this is an issue of no longer being able to afford this. I did state that we could not afford this product which to me is not fulfilling what they  said the product would. So we are spending money these 8 months on a product that is not as advertised. No we cannot afford that type of expense. How will anyone know if they are satisfied eith a product if they don't use it; it is crap to limit a product to a few days especially if it is what they say that it is. Seems to me they are trying to just get the money for a product that does not stand up to what they claim it will, please explain, why if this product does what you say, why is it not working for me? I am a Christian, I believe in whats right now. I pray that you will cancel this solar system.
