(Revdex.com Copied from original document)To Whom It May Concern:We have received the complaint filed on October 19, When we had to close our office our intention was to review files and pay any credits within 30-daysThis process took much longer than anticipated, but all parties that are owed a refund were notified of their refund and the amount of that refundWe are working as quickly as possible to send the actual refundsCircumstances beyond our control have delayed our ability to mail payments, but we are working diligently to correct these circumstances so we are able to send the refundsThe financial department only received one message from the customerI am unaware of any call that would have indicated that a check was in the mailWhomever took that call must not have been clearWe are expecting to mail the checks, but we have no exact date to do so - again because of circumstances beyond our control.We are working to correct any breakdown in our office concerning messages so we can address these issues in a much more timely mannerAs soon as it is possible, the refunds will be sent and the patients notified.If you have questions concerning this matter I can be reached at the number above.Please note in the new mailing address of: [redacted] ***Yours in Health,DrAmanda S [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I get the check soonI put a lot of money into them and need it to continue chiropractor careI believe it was DrChristoper S*** that told me a check was in the mailAlso I called many times but I was told that Amanda was the financial department and that she was not in and the message would be relayedIf I don't receive a check in the next few months do I file another complaint?

Good morning [redacted],I recently received a letter regarding the above complaint number. The customer claims he was told he had to pay for services in advance - which is not true, it is an option we offer. His insurance did pay for more than is customary and we have reimbursed him for what...
has been paid. He spoke with our billing department who told him when the rest of the claims were paid we would issue a refund check. Those checks are typically written the first part of the month. Unfortunately, not all the claims are back from insurance at this time. Once we do get payment on all the remaining claims we will be issuing a refund for any monies overpaid by the customer.
