Best experience that I can remember! Company is customer service oriented and [redacted] really impressed me. The communication was timely and complete. I once sent an email with a question and had an answer in less than two minutes. I never waited a whole day to get my questions answered. The communications we had were easy to understand. I always knew what to expect and what was expected of me. Start to finish, my refi took only two weeks and one day. They came to my house to sign and the notary was very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied customer here!

I shopped around at a total of 4 different lending companies and [redacted] found me the best rate and was able to get the loan closed early. Throughout each step of the process [redacted] was in touch communicating on what was taken care of and what had yet to be finished. The team he works with were all very attentive and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to recommend to me a great insurance broker and great security company rep. They helped me keep my costs down while still providing impeccable service. My monthly mortgage payment is a couple hundred dollars less than mortgage calculators and predicted it would be. Always a great thing!

[redacted] with Pinnacle went above and beyond (way above and beyond) to communicate throughout our mortgage process and to wrap-up the process in only 12 days. He did an incredible job making this process as efficient and transparent as possible. [redacted] is tireless in his effort to please the customer and was flawless at maintaining the 76,212 documents involved with closing on a house in 2013. I thought I was organized, but he puts me to shame. Well done, [redacted] and thanks again!

While we did close the loan earlier than first anticipated, getting there was not stress free. I was told it couldn't be done....but it was. The timelines were for Pinnacle and not me the customer. If I had a tighter schedule it probably wouldn't have been met. Also, I would have liked more disclosure on rates and lock in options. They do not publish rate sheets so you can see the total costs or rebates. Pinnacle is owned by the hedge fund Blackrock so their bottom line is what matters, not yours. And of course, the morning of funding I was asked for "one more document". Thank goodness I had it. Why it wasn't asked for upfront I am not sure. The few folks I interacted with were pleasant.

After a frustrating search for a mortgage company, I was praying to God to guide me in the right direction, the moment I spoken to him I knew he was the right peron would help us get our dream home.
