Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The person that responded is not being truthful to this matter We did ask if there was any type of warranty but the work was not properly done We asked them to speak to a manager but never got a response When we called their business we told them that it was improperly done and needed someone to come out and clear it properly You can still see lots of debris in drain I have had this service done before from another company and they did it properly When the other company performed the work I had no problems and you could clearly see that there was no debris in drain That job was performed over years ago I do believe and agree that dirt and small rocks will go back into drain but it should not clog the next day if the job was performed correctly Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Pinky's Plumbing was never called about any issues with the service on January 15, VVhen wereceived a stop payment on both checks we submitted this to our legal department to resolve this issuewith the ***'sOur legal
department tried multiple times to reach the ***'s beforethey finally placed a lien on the property, on February 3rd, The ***'s finally contacted uson March 9th, 2016, after they were notified that the lien had been placedThe ***'s have ourlegal department's contact information and cancontact them to resolve this
