I am rejecting this response because:
I have emails and text messages confirming that Joe *** of Fat Tire Trike is a liarWisconsin Dells was never the drop off pointHe said he had a shipment going to Florida and that he could drop the trike off on his way (which I doubt was true, he was just trying to make a sale)I'm not sure of this POI system (Square) Joe *** is referring toAll I know is he use a card reader on his cell phone to make the transactionThe first time he swiped my DEBIT CARD he put in the wrong amount of $which was a successful transactionHis next attempt was unsuccessful do to my bank having a $1,limit that I was unaware ofHe kept trying and trying which ultimately ended up being the reason his bank seized, froze, and/or put a hold on HIS account not because my card was bad. His inexperience with his businesses payment process is not my faultBecause this transaction took place on a Sunday he had to wait the following day for me to call my bank allow me to exceed my thousand dollar limit so then he could successfully withdraw $4,and he DID from my CHECKING account not a credit card account. After I got home from work that Monday he received payment for the product I discovered it didn't workI immediately contacted him to inform him of thisHe replied assuring me he knew what the problem was and that he was going to walk me through over the phone how to fix itIf it wasn't for my ability and understanding of Electronics this wouldn't have been successfulI was able to get the product to turn on but there were other issuesThe chain kept falling off and the pedal assist feature didn't workI didn't modify any part of his product as he mentioned. He offered to come to my house right away to do a tuand bring the manual for the trike OR a refundI chose the refundAfter I told him that I wanted the refund he couldn't make it to my house right away anymoreA guy finally came and picked up the trike on April 14th 2016. I called him April 15th to verify that the trike was in his possession and its condition. He confirmed he received the trike and it was in good condition over the phoneIt wasn't until April 21st that he first mentioned an issue with my payment and that he may not be able to get my refund for daysI waited the days and I still don't have my refund. In conclusion I payed for a product that couldn't perform the function that it was intended for using a debit card that wasn't badI've return the poorly designed, badly fabricated, and defective product provide by Joe *** of Fat Tire TrikesI would like my checking account reimbursed for the amount of $4,with no added shipping charge due to the inconvenience I've endured and for the fact that he denies any responsibility for not know how his own purchasing software works. He doesn't deserve to be called a business man or a Man of any sort
