I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
It seems I've been lied to the whole time by [redacted]. while he was representing ACF Mortgage. He told me he was part owner/investor of ACF Mortgage so how could he be removed from your approved list? That still doesn't change the fact my loan was delayed due to mistakes make on your end. I did everything on my end but your company failed to supply me with accurate information on when my loan would be completed and was repeatedlylied to by [redacted]. on when the loan would be completed. After several mistakes and the fact I was instructed that I was pretty much committed to finish loan or I would have to have to go through the whole process again, I decided to just finish the process with ACF Mortgage because I really had no other choice. All I asked is that you drop your fees due to horrible service, time it took to complete the loan and all the extra leg work and running around I had to do due to fix your mistakes. I know this won't get anywhere but I recommend using a more reputable mortage company other than ACF Mortgage. Regards,

[redacted] did apply on our website. The application was incomplete because a social security number wasn't provided. [redacted] didn't want to input that information on line. On 12/14/2015 at 12.47 pm the social security number was obtained. On 12/15/2015 at 3.23 pm...
[redacted] asked for an update. On 12/17/2015 9.59 am [redacted] emailed loan officer that she no longer required our services. Shortly thereafter the loan officer replied that he had been out of the office a few days for personal reasons and apologized for the delay in getting back with her. The information obtained wasnt enough to constitute an application so no time lines were established. As the managing member of ACF Mortgage, I apologize and regret that we were unable to meet [redacted]'s expectations. During the Holidays we are always short staffed. However I can assure [redacted] ACF complies with all applicable laws that protect the cosumer's non public information. Very truly yoursGregory C F[redacted]
It is very unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] had a bad experience with ACF Mortgage. I apologize on behalf of ACF Mortgage. The investor [redacted] selected to underwrite the loan did not meet our expectations and has been removed from our approved list.Mr. [redacted] was given a three day right of...
recession on his refinance. If the terms weren't acceptable he should have rescinded the loan within the time frame. Once the three day cooling period is up the transaction is final.

[redacted] is a minority owner of ACF Mortgage. The lender that we placed the loan with is no longer on our approved list. The attached three day right to cancel exists primarily for the protection of the consumer. Mr [redacted] didn't exercise his right to cancel. His request for monies after the sale is final is an attempt to circumvent that regulation. In addition, I have attached part of the closingdisclosurein which the fee of $2.211.91 is paid from the lender to ACF Mortgage. It is not a fee due from the borrower. Anyadjustmentsof those fees would be in violation of lender paid compensation laws. However there a certain fees that I can refund and they total $26.15 -Mr. [redacted] had numerous opportunities to walk away from the loan and/or choose different terms. Any further expectations after the three days are up are already mitigated by current lending laws. I have apologized and I will refund the fees that I can.Very truely yours,[redacted]
