My son was considering renting an apt with this company, I am involved because I am his co signer which they required, I am his Mother.
We never signed a lease with them and they are sending an invoice for fees or rent due in the amount of $2,682.50.
The only amount I feel we owe is $125.00, application fee x2 and credit check. They kept trying to say one months rent was to be charged for the application fee as well but no money was to be deposited until we read the sample application, which I did. It stated that rent could not be collected until the lease was shown to tenants and signed by landlord and tenants. We never saw a lease at this stage of the game.
My son inquired several times about the ambiguities in the emails the landlord was sending. We have copies of all correspondences with Michael S.
How do I resolve this when no contract was signed and this agent is now not responding to my emails and the phone number has been disconnected.
Sincerely
HelloI am assuming that to be the case. I suppose if he tries to bill us again I will have to revisit the issue. I don’t really trust him .I appreciate you helping me in this matter.***Sent from my ***On Dec 27, 2019, at 2:16 PM, *** <***@myRevdex.com.org> wrote: Hi ***:Are you indicating that I should mark the complaint as resolved? On Fri, Dec 27, 2019 at 9:05 AM Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC wrote:Sincerely,Revdex.com Customer Service Team---------- Forwarded message ---------From: *** Date: Fri, Dec 27, 2019 at 4:00 AMSubject: Pine Reality #13993538To: HelloI received the email today updating me on my complaint .
