I am glad that the [redacted] included the email correspondence I think I couldn't be more clear in my response I stated that despite our written agreement we are not in the deposit business and I would be willing to reimburse them the difference so we would break even on the numbers I provided the detail sheet itemizing every item that went in and how it affected the overall math The decision to add certain options in the home (above the manufacturers stds) is the most common practice, in fact the home that the [redacted] contracted to buy with us had a series of options already NOT just std specs, so I really don't have any more to add Without wanting to be disrespectful I feel that this is pretty straight forward transaction and instead of appreciating that we have gone as a company above and beyond our contractual obligations, now we are getting egg in our face.I am hoping that the bureau can evaluate this objectively.regards,Zenios Michael Z***
