unfortunately due to a miscommunication same vehicle was sold twice- consumer was asked to wait for the weekend to sort it out and to verify interest of first party that purchased carit was pending financeconsumer offered substitute transportation in the meantimeafter the weekend first deal

Have not been reimbursed yet, as the general manager suggested. As this case moves forward and after I encountered a little bit of a resistance on the part of the service manager reimbursing me for the full amount I initially asked to be reimbursed, I, willingly, said that I'd be OK with half of that. Being OK with the outcome is just not the same as being satisfied. I am not neither in possession of a check at this time nor my credit card was credited. The establishment should let me know when the check would be available for me to pick up and, YES, I'm OK with half of it.

upon further inspection we found the hybrid battery to be defective- we replaced it under the vehicles warranty for no charge to the customer. we also reimbursed him half of his previous expenditure. the customer is satisfied.[redacted]general manager
