I was referred to PPA by our primary physician, booked an appt and then received a call stating that they needed to re-schedule our appt I kindly told the person on the phone that I was not able to check my daughter's schedule and would get back to them When I called them back business days later they informed me that my appointment was re-scheduled, without my knowledge and that I had missed it and now owe a no-show fee of $ The Office Manager then preceded to argue with me when I indicated that I was not the one that changed the appointment and accused me of lying I've NEVER been treated so poorly, I would not recommend doing business with this company as they clearly do not understand the value in customer service
