This is a positive service reviewService call to our homeThe Technician (Octanio) called minutes prior to arrivingDiagnosed the problem within a minute period after running testsFound the problem being the circuit board, called supplier to make sure they had one on hand, went to pick it up, back to install and was completed in a hour time frameThis service job was timely, efficient, professional and because the job was under warranty the charge was $for the service call Should I have a need to utilize their services again I won't hesitate to call Star rating for Reliable I have no ties or affiliations with this companyJust a customer

Can't say enough good things about our experiences with Reliable H & ACWe had them install a new furnace and AC in our home in and never had a hint of a problem with any aspect of the job or the products
Now, in 2016, we're in a new home and needed to upgrade againReliable was our first choice and we were not disappointedThe installers that did the install were professional, courteous and obviously very knowledgeableThe work was done quickly and efficiently and all work areas left clean
The office staff are great to deal with as wellThey take care of all the paperwork, warranties, etc
I would highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning

I am very disappointed with a service call from ReliableI had water pooling under my furnace whenever my air conditioner went onService man said all drains etc were ok and suggested I "keep an eye on area"I was charged $for about minutes of "checking"I continued to have water under the furnace and was not sure what to doI mentioned this to a friend and he took covering off back of furnace to find small drain under air conditioner coils was clogged with rustHe cleaned this out water is now flowing into hose attached
I bought my furnace from Reliable and when I called to register a complaint was only argued with by receptionistI was told I needed to change my furnace filter more oftenMy problem had nothing to do with the filter(which I do change often)I will not use this company again and would not recommendThere are lots of other companies to choose from

We have nothing but positive comments for this company and their employeesThere were five people who we delt with in this processTerry ***, Kelsey (the happy, so helpful lady on the phone), Ray, *** and TimEven though their day started pretty rough with problems with the truck, Kelsey kept us informed about it all Ray, Dillan and Tim were absolutely incredible and a pleasure to have in our homeThey went above and beyond their job description and are such a great teamWe would absolutely recommend Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd to anyone and if you can request your technicians...the team of Ray and Dillan would be our choice always

Within days of us having a major problem with our old furnace, they had a new furnace installed in our house
The quick service and follwas appreciated
As for the installation, we have nothing but good things to say about Ray and Dillon
They work very well together and were more than willing to take the time to answer any questions we had about our new furnace
Following the installation they did an excellent job cleaning up their work area in the basement and furnace room

On June 7, I had a Daiken ductless AC installed in my home and was very happy with the serviceInstallation was done efficiently and quicklyAll aspects of the system explained very well and they cleaned up after installation completelyThe crew were professional, friendly and knowledgeableI have no problem recommending this company to anyone based on this experience

I just had a new furnace installed in my crawlspace (only 2Ft high), and also had a new hot water tank installed In the hall closet where the crawlspace access door is
It was an incredibly difficult and complicated job in a very tiny space, but WOW! the guys did a spectacular job! What a great group of guys you have!!
A very special thank you to Ray, who went above and beyond the call of duty! Other than a min sandwich break, he spent the ENTIRE day in the crawlspaceTHANK YOU!
With help from Dillon & Jason, they worked fast and efficient, like a well oiled machine
Mark and Clint also did an excellent job of installing the new water heater and building a platform for it to sit on in the hall closet, with a new access door to the crawlspaceGreat Job!
I have to say that my whole experience with Reliable, right from first contact with Terry all the way thru to completion of both projects has been exceptional! Even Jean in the office was a gem!

Ray and Dillon installed a new furnace for me and they did a fantastic job! They fixed some left over problems with the previous install and the result is a cute, neat looking new furnace! They were both extremely patient with me and my lack of general knowledge about furnace installation and terminology and took time to understand the changes I wanted with the new installation. THANK YOU FOR THAT! One of the first questions they had for me was the location of a broom and dust pan so that they could clean up during before, during and after the job. Who does that ?Ray and Dillon- that's who. I would definitely recommend Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning because of the excellent work of their employees - Ray and Dillon. Thank you again gentlemen. You deserve a Christmas bonus.
