I am rejecting this response because: The medication was not properly sealed and packaged It arrived damaged I photographed what I was able to salvage I discarded the damaged medication and did not attempt to dig it out of the trash three days later I advised the retailer when he asked for photos that I was out of town and would take some as soon as I returned, and did just that To make it sound like I purposely waited to send photos is misleading and incorrect There was nothing to photograph of the damaged pills, they were a cracked powdery and slimy substance when they arrived, and once thrown away three days later had completely disintegrated into the trash Mr [redacted] has never once replied to whether or not the pill bottle was properly sealed, as it had not type of tab or safety seal on it whatsoever, so the answer seems apparent to me that he did not Thank GOD my child did not open the tattered package and inject this mess that he did not properly package I would image there are health codes for this type of thing, I will have to look into that

As stated in my previous response, I offered a FULL refund including shipping for return of bottle/tablets both good and supposedly damagedI have attached photo of what [redacted] sent me, and there is NO damaged tablets that I see, nor damaged bottle that it arrived in, as well as any damage that I could see of envelopeI am to take [redacted] at her word without any proofAll bottles are sealed from factory, shipment was sent in bubble wrap envelope in plastic bottle stating contents which is waterproof, and [redacted] stated in a previous message to me that there wasn't a problem with package being ripped where if bottle had miraculously opened that anything was missing As stated previously I have been in business for over years with NO issues, and sent out same product thousands of timesBased on previous responses from [redacted] with inconsistencies in her story and lack of photos showing damaged goods, I feel the complaint against my business is totally unwarrantedI am all about good customer service, but not into giving away free product to someone just because they threaten to tarnish my business and long time reputationI also want to clarify I am a pigeon supply business, hence the name Pigeon Supplies Plus*** never mentions the fact that she didn't buy the product for the intended use of medicating pigeons as it is intended, but to use them for her catThey are listed belowWhen I immediately requested photo of damaged goods, why send a photo of the good tabletsWhy throw away damaged goods before taking photos of them, and then state that after three days there is NOTHING to photographProduct or in this case tablets just don't disappear in thin airIf you are going on vacation and so worried about children eating medication that is not intended for human consumption, why would you leave it in your trash can?
