My vehicle was damaged on October 29th,and they never pulled into the garage until January 2nd and finished it in three days$dollars of damaged and finished in daysREMARKABLE. *** *** examined my Jeep and the items he replaced. If they were replaced why were they so mangled with 40,miles on them. He had to torch them off to replace them. In Response to a customer's letter in regards to the loss that occurred October 10, 2011, we received an estimate from the customers insurance company on November 7, 2011. After tear down of vehicle, additional parts and labor were needed to complete repairs. Concerning...

the lights on in the dash, vehicle was referred to an authorized Jeep dealer to repair and clear all lights on in the dash. Repairs were completed and paid for directly from her insurance company to the Jeep dealer. The ABS cable is part of the Hub and Bearing, The upper arm and ball joint was also replaced at the time of loss. The new parts from the Jeep dealer come with a one year /12,000 mile warranty. The owner had put 43,000 miles on the vehicle after repairs were completed. Once again the new jeep parts came with one year /  12,000 mile warranty therefore we do not feel that since it is a wear item that we owe for this part considering they were replaced 43,000 miles ago on part that only had a 12,000 mile warranty.

MY BUMPER WAS NOT BOLTED ON NOR DID THEY TIGHTEN THE UNDER CARRIAGE OF MY VEHICLE.  MY STRUTS WERE FROM A JUNK YARD.  ONGOING I WILL NEVER TAKE IT TO A LOCAL GARAGE BUT THE DEALERSHIP AND SPREAD MY STORY.  MY INSURANCE COMPANY STATED THAT IF THE WORK WAS NOT SATISFACTORY THEN THEY WILL ADVISE THEIR CUSTOMER NOT TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. I BOUGHT A NEW CAR AND HAVE HAD MOBILE SIGNS MADE TELLING OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR GARAGE.  "FREEDOM OF SPEECH...." WORD OF MOUTH WILL GET ME JUSTICE!!!! I KNOW OF TWO OTHER PEOPLE THAT WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, [redacted] AND [redacted], THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU GO TO THE LOCAL MA AND PA GARAGE![redacted]POOR GARAGE WORK AND SHADY BUSINESS

Dear [redacted],In response to a customer's loss that occurred on October 10, 2011, vehicle was repaired as Per Her insurance company. If customer has issues she needs to go through her insurance company.ID Number 1[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: My jeep was wrecked in October 2010 but never received it out of shop until Jan 2012. I ham having all kinds of problems. After investigating the repairs. All the suspension parts were purchased at the junk yard. I thought it was ILLEGAL to use used suspension parts. My underneath is so messed up that I can not fix it unless I replace the whole undercarriage of the vehicle. THIS IS A ONGOING COMPLIANT WITH THIS GARAGE. I WANT JUSTICE!!Desired Settlement: my whole undercarriage needs replaced it is causing my vehicle to shimmy down the road....UNSAFE TO DRIVE

Review: I had an accident in October 2011 and did $8400.00 of damage to my vehicle. The damage was to the front left drivers side. I folded my tire down and did damage to the front end and quarter pane. I had insurance and they covered all but the $50.00 deductible. My vehicle sat outside the business for over two months before they pulled it in on 01/02/12. The repairs were to take 5 days and my vehicle was completed according to the shop in three days. I left there on 2/5/14 with my ABS, BAS and my ESP lights on the dashboard. I took it back to fix the lights and find the problem. [redacted] from the shop called me to tell me that they could not determine why the lights were on and I would have to take it to the dealership. I took it [redacted] Automotive. They replaced the clock spring in the steering wheel and the lights went out until I drove it home. The lights flashed for the next several days until the came on continuously. I called [redacted] and they felt it was a electrically problem. I then had a noise that I had coming from the underneath of the vehicle. I called Pierrel's and took it in, they once again told me that they could not find it. I took it to [redacted]s and it was bolts not tightened. my insurance claosed my claim but still paid for the bolts. I have 43000 miles since the accident on the vehicle and still have the lights on the dashboard. I have a noise coming from the front and the garage, [redacted] changed my hub assembly and found that the ABS cable had been melted which I feel it was from the accident and the part was not replaced. [redacted] also found that the upper arm and upper ball joint were very damaged. I requested receipts from [redacted] and was denied this request. [redacted] told me that there is not way to melt and damage the ABS cable without an accident. My vehicle still shimmies on the left side and I have already spent over $500.00 in repairs and still have not found all the problems.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my repair costs reimbursed since my insurance paid for the costs and I now am paying again for the repairs.
