Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. No resolution was offered in the message from the company. We were not told at any point it would be six months to repair our camper. We have actually been told "next week" multiple times. We have been in contact with our insurance company who stated that they have had similar issues with not receiving responses or updates. We continue to wait for a resolution and repair of our camper. The camper is only one year old and I find it odd that the same cabinets are no longer made. My recommendation would be for my insurance company to be updated on the repairs and an estimate given. We have been told by the insurance that they have not received an estimated repair cost as of last week when we spoke with them. We do understand that the company has other clients and may be busy, but we are customers as well and should be treated with the same courtesy. Regards,[redacted]
All information was given to the insurance carrier. As a result the camper was deemed a total loss. These things take time and we only want complete satisfaction for our customers. I could not have in good conscience attempted to repair something that might not be 100% pre loss. As the repairs and inspections would be taking place hidden damages arise this prolongs the process. In the end the insurance company made the right choice for the insured.

We started work on Au[redacted]t 7th and had the drying and mitigation portion of this project completed on the Au[redacted]t 12th. Before this project began we instructed Mr [redacted] that we do not do camper interior replacement regularly so it may be best To have someone who specializes in interiors would...
allow for faster production times, however after he was told it would take approx six months before anyone could even look at it we decided to proceed to help the [redacted]s. In regards to lack or delayed response we will absolutely agree it was not near our current standards. We sent a majority of our company down to [redacted] to assist in the hurricane relief and help get families back in their home and as a rpesult our response times suffered critically. We have been in contact with the camper manufacturer on numerous occasions and they have recently informed us that the cabinets are no longer in production so we were pursuing a custom cabinetry route when we received a phone call saying that was not an option for Mr [redacted]
