Mr.*** asked me to help with the squirrels because some other company told him he had holes and would not help him .so I said I would come down and check it outso I went to see and here him complain about another company so I went on and inspected the
problem found a cage in attic were *** was already trying to catch the squirrel with a cage so I fixed his broken cage showed him to bait and catch squirrels like he did and even sent me a picture and video .well after that I screened in all holes and told him you don't need me you have a cage I should him what to do then I told him if problem continues you might want get chimney caps you will need to bye them at *** *** and put them upI did not leave any cages but I screened in holes and drove to Rhode island with was an hour and half away .so I gave him a service and completed it .he was already mad at some other company I fixed the holes and his cage and should him how to catch so he did there was no need for me after .when he called I explain to him he should call that other company he paid for service and got it from me

*** told me specifically that the $fee was for guaranteed removal of squirrelsTo this day I have squirrels in the attic and he refuses to continue the serviceHe only came to my property once even when he said that he would come out as many times as neededI am not sure what he is talking about in regards to being "mad at the other company"I have a verified sighting from myself and a neighbor that squirrels were getting into places that *** assured were not problems and I even have evidence of squirrels entering the holes he attempted to sealI have attached these pictures to prove that after our last big snow squirrels dig their way out from the snow around one side of the roof where the hole was sealed by *** at Pied PiperThe work Pied Piper performed was unsatisfactory, subpar and on top of that he called me and threatened and swore at me after trying to contact him when he didn't respond for WEEKSI have indicated to *** multiple times that I was more than willing to pay him for services renderedBut all he did was drive to my house and partially seal holesI have since had a chimney expert come and while he worked on the chimney at my house he had to reinforce the gaps because *** used staples that were not strong enough to secure the mesh over the holes*** did not tell me that the $was for holes sealedHe told me the $was for satisfaction guaranteed COMPLETE removal of squirrels
