I was charged incorrectly on service to my vehicle and will not get calls back from management to correct it I will not give them my business again I got the service writer to agree that the price was incorrect but she is unable to apply my refund She states management needs to do so
This business didn't want me to buy a car from themI was pre approved for an auto loan with capital oneI searched for an auto that qualify under my terms with capital one and found one at the Ford of Orange with a price tag of $but when I went to test drive and ready to sign paperwork I was giving a different amount and was told that if I went with their financing co at a higher rate they will honor the pricing and if I didn't they would not sell it to meThey wanted a 4.9% rate when I told them I was approved at 2.49% and up to 40,dollarsSo the car was within the price of 33k but they didn't sell it to me
Ford gave me Gap Insurance when I bought the car April I cancelled and received form on May I have called *** *** EVERY month to see if payment was receivedThe form said this may take up to daysI also called Ford of Orange in July and August for resolutionNO PAYMENT to *** *** *** provided phone number to Gap Insurance carrier who has not received a call from FORD of Orange for cancellation of gap coverageI would Like Ford of Orange to pay *** *** and cancel Gap Insurance immediately!
I emailed them to verify the price of a car I was interested inTheir reply below was demonstrably made of only or misleading information and advertisement

I flew into Orange on 8/31/to buy a used Promaster Ram from Ford of Orange that had just been traded inI am a woman with a disability and had been given assurances by *** *** over the phone that the van would be serviced to its mileage and that my request for new brakes and new tires would be met I got in by end of day and was very exhausted It was duskI was taken to bank to cut a cashiers check in excess of the amount owed it turns outI should have suspected foul play thenThe brake light went off at about milesA blessing in disguise because the tires that allegedly had "tens of thousands of miles left on them" hence no justification to replace (I had noticed marks on them suggesting they were not new) were actually completely bald, down to the rebar on one tire Also an alarm system I did not want but was charged for was not installed either and not even an oil change had been done! On February 18, 2017, I took my car to Ford of Orange for a routine oil/filter change and multi-point inspectionThere I was helped by service advisor *** Chaves-I let *** know my car had been making a screeching/scraping noise under the front of vehicle when in motion and turning the steering wheelI asked if the multi-point inspection would detect/determine where such noise was coming fromHe said he would advise the technician about this issue*** then came back with the technicians findings He let me know my car needed several repairs which included the following; Replace both outer tie ends, Transmission mount, Alignment, Tires, Front brakesRear brakes, and found a leak from the upper radiator hoseI then asked *** if after repairs have been made the scraping noise would stop and he assured me it wouldI told him to proceed with the repairs after he gave me a costly estimate of $2,I let him know that safety is my main concernAfter several day
