After reviewing Mr [redacted] 's comments, I propose the followingIf Mr [redacted] would kindly mark on the draft I supplied to him the errors he is speaking about along with his desired corrections, I would be happy to make these corrections and supply him with a fresh clean draft of the textAfter that, he will be free to file that in the Patent Office on his own, or I will be happy to file it for him Mr [redacted] should be aware that once these correction are done, the errors will be resolvedAny further modification or additions to the draft will have to billed as new work I believe this is a fair resolution to the problem

Mr. [redacted] should be aware that once these correction are done, the errors will be resolved. Any further modification or additions to the draft will have to billed as new work.

This is a difficult situation. Mr. [redacted] is one of my oldest clients. I have done a few patents for him. This last case, is a modification of a design that has already been patented. The Problem is this. Mr. [redacted]  has a developmental disability and is an obsessive personality. As his...

complaint states, he has made 7 revisions to this latest application. He has added material and subtracted this same material. He has recently added new material.. I have no idea when this application will be finished because he keeps wanting to change it.
He also does not believe it necessary to pay me for my time for these last revisions. He did pay me an additional $500 last year, but that is relatively small amount compared to the time I have put in.
 
On this last revision, I turned over the materials I had and explained t ohim that I switch to a new computer and that this new draft may be different from the others.
 
His proposed solution is for me to use the 2000+ word draft he last submitted. I would be happy to work with that, however, he will have to provide me a copy of the exact document because I cannot be sure exactly which draft he is referring to.
I hope this resolves the problem.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with Mr. [redacted]`s opinion of me. Also, he did not tell the truth about the total I paid him in the year 2015; I paid him $900.00 dollars total in the year 2015 and I have proof of it. I still want an error-free copy from him to send to the PTO but in this last one it was quite a bit worse. I would appreciate any help you can provide.Sincerely,[redacted]
