Service provided for the winter season of 2016-were consistently and professionally provided all winter long during a very busy winter for [redacted] at propertyAt the very end of the season, March there was a catastrophic, devastating storm of over inches well documented on all the news stations and newspapersThe streets were not plowed for two days, It was very difficult travel and cars were stuck all over the roadwaysThe local mayors were asking for patience and it was taking times longer at least to clear anyones' driveway, let along just driving conditionsThere was no access to her street for a day and a half because there were vehichles stuck at both ends of the street and all the roads were not even plowed yetWe called her to let her know of the situation and patience is necessary until they tow the cars out and the plow the streets so we have accessI have all documented dates of all of our services providedWhen the road was finally cleared and the cars were towed we arrived to her residence but a neighbor already cleaned drivewayThere is no reasonable way a refund will be provided as this was a nationally publicized catastrophic storm and it took some time to travelPatience was not given nor common sense
I am completely dissatisfied with this company's response, but not surprised! I NEVER heard form this company to advise me that they would be delayed with snow removalThey can have all the documentation they claimIt is inaccurateIn fact, I tried to reach this company for weeks during and after the storm only to receive constant message "mailbox is full" each timeAs for no one getting down the street for a day and a half, my neighbor's snow removal service plowed his driveway three times the day of the storm up to pm that night and returned the next morning to remove any additional snowNo professional service lets hours of snow fall without removing a little at a timeI do not know what day or the time they go t to my home but the driveway was not cleared out until the afternoonI still had to shovel my porches and sidewalks leading to the driveway so I could get to my car and the mailman could deliver the mail. This chore took me quite some time and I am not physically or medically supposed to doI kept calling the company over and over the next few days to see when they were going to do the rest of the driveway, porches and sidewalksThe phone always went into "mailbox full" over the next two days I cleared the snowbank from the side of the house as this area is extremely narrow and I could slide and get stuckThree days later I had someone shovel the public sidewalk in front of my houseOur winters can last well into April and even into MayThis was not an exceptionally busy winter. From Jan to Mid March there was only two snow daysThe last snow of the season, mid March, I was left to fend for myselfYou can be sure I lost my patienceWhen I was still unable to reach this business for two weeks after the storm, I knew that I had been a victim of the old "mailbox full" routine. I feel that after two weeks of trying to reach this company without success, my patience and common sense were more than tested and my common sense told me what I was dealing with

news stations and newspapers. The streets were not plowed for two days, It was very difficult travel and cars were stuck all over the roadways. The local mayors were asking for patience and it was taking 10 times longer at least to clear anyones' driveway, let along just driving conditions. There was no access to her street for a day and a half because there were vehichles stuck at both ends of the street and all the roads were not even plowed yet. We called her to let her know of the situation and patience is necessary until they tow the cars out and the plow the streets so we have access. I have all documented dates of all of our services provided. When the road was finally cleared and the cars were towed we arrived to her residence but a neighbor already cleaned driveway. There is no reasonable way a refund will be provided as this was a nationally publicized catastrophic storm and it took some time to travel. Patience was not given nor common sense.
