My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew had pictures taken by Ms*** in mid January Originally they were supposed to have their pictures taken early December 2017, but when my sister arrived at her studio, Ms*** was not there, she claims that there was a miscommunication with dates and times, my sister was fine with it, things do happenThey rescheduled for mid January and Ms*** only made them pay for the deposit since she missed their first appointment
It is now March 15, and my sister has yet to receive her pictures, not even a "sneak peak"She has tried multiple times to reach out to Ms***, with no replySo, my mom contacted Ms*** trying to figure out what the hold up wasMs*** responded to my mother in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen, she stated that she has never met someone as rude as my mother and that she had tried to contact my sister for her address, which my sister has no proof of Ms***

One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a businessShe missed an appointment with us and offered to do a session for free (which was very nice and professional of her)The missed session was in December, rescheduled for the middle of JanuaryWe had already paid our $depositIt is the end of May and we still haven't received our family picturesI messaged her via Facebook multiple timesI called multiple times with no answerShe ignored meWe posted directly to get wall that we just wanted our picturesShe then messaged us very rudely saying she had messaged us wanting our address to send the pics (she never had)She also said she would send the pics out the following weekShe did not
She blatantly lied, didn't return our $deposit, and ignored us multiple timesI would under no circumstance ever recommend her
