Before I continue I would like to emphasize our fitness center rarely utilizes e-mail format to conduct business, as we primarily use phone conversation or face to face communication Mr [redacted] sent an email on January 27, a Wednesday,to return keys during lunch which I informed him we took lunch at the same time and it would be best suited for her to come after The facility is 24,square feet and we DO NOT have an office in the gym, only a chiropractic office.On BOTH days she (his wife-a 3rd party)came by to return said keys I was working on patients until pmI continued to work until pm that evening, mainly doing construction.Door records show his wife did enter the facility Thursday and Friday but for some reason couldn't locate me- I can only assume she went in and waited at the front entrance of which we have no accommodations for an office as we are still under construction.If she was to make an attempt to locate someone in the gym it should not have been an issue as I was working in my office AS - - - - HARVEY WOULD SAYS ...THIS IS THE REST OF THE STORY Previous to this incident I was aggravated by Mr [redacted] on several occasions He proclaimed that his wife (3'rd party) would be there on January 28th of which I did not read his second e-mail that day until the 30th of January a few days later,and he did not get confirmation from me that I would meet her in the front of the building.I was completely unaware of this meeting he set up On November 2nd he stated in an email that he wanted a complete bill up to that date for the cost of his and his wife's membershipHe maintained that I gave him an erroneous time frame for initial start of membership and he stated again that I provided him without checking his source prior to making such a comment(3rd party).To his credit he apologized after he was found to be in error but only AFTER I had to go through my records AGAIN to make sure his comment was correct The next instance was in December 30th of his insistence on getting an update of his total billI erroneously sent a duplicate bill without updating it and it was my fault.However instead of saying that it was not complete he just put in large letters his request and essentially being rude and not being specific about MY error He then sent another letter saying he was out several hundred dollars because of my errorIf he was SPECIFIC with his requests initially then I would have responded accordinglyI assumed he wasn't receiving the receipts so I resent it To put it simply- I was fed up with his presumptuous attitude, which led to added work on my part, and simply pointed out to him in a vulgar manner, how I felt who I believe- and still believe-the type of person he is

This is the original email that this business owner is referring to. Originally, my wife had gone up to the gym to get the receipt, and she was told that it would be emailed to her. Finally, after the 5th time of my wife calling and going up there (she was the account "owner" as she is the one who initially signed up). So, I finally called myself and got an emailed receipt. My wife had told me that she thought that she signed up at an earlier date, so I inquired on it. I had to email 3 times before I could get a response, and all I did was bold the letters and said verbatim: Hi Again [redacted],
This will be my 3rd request. Can you please provide a receipt for everything that I have paid to you for Phorm Fitness for the entire year? Please do not ignore this message any longer. It is urgent.

Please tell me how I deserved to be told: "Listen [redacted].... I have been in the building the whole time.... up to 8 at night ..... if you made a [redacted] you would have No problem finding me or my staff.... it seems you are the only one that is having problems finding me...quit whining like a lttle [redacted]" and "You are such a [redacted] . Get some [redacted]"?
None of what I said warranted such a response, and this is not only extremely poor customer service, but it is also harassment once he called me a "[redacted]". This is extremely uncalled for, and cannot believe that the Revdex.com would more or less "condone" it. How is this claim "answered"? It is absolutely absurd that any consumer should be treated in this fashion.
