Review: This company was hosting my website and suddenly suspended it for "Inappropriate Content". It doesn't break anything in their ToS or AUP; it has been suspended purely because the founder of the company doesn't like my website. My website is a large mail service for fans of a T.V. show, he doesn't agree with that and the suspension of that server is costing me money and I am about to start losing customer emails. I need to get the data of the website and move to a different hosting company but Phoenix VPS won't reply to my support tickets to un-suspend the server.Desired Settlement: I want the server un-suspended so I can get on, make a backup and move to a different hosting company. I also want a refund on the last invoice I paid since part of it I was paying for a server that I or any of my customers couldn't use.
