Phoenix Redevelopment

I have to assume that this customer is confusing us with another company We are Phoenix Redevelopment, Inconly.Whenever we receive requests to be removed from our mailing list, we ALWAYS agree and forward the remove request promptly to the mailing house that we use We NEVER say no....why would we? We only have one phone number for our business, and it works just fine This number goes to a phone tree Vmail system that in turn provides us with recorded Vmails and transcripts, both sent via email to our staff She must be dialing someone else's number if she is not getting through Our business line works 24/7.We mail approximately once every six months to a given address, so I am guessing she receives mail from others and believes it is from us.I will add her address to the 'remove" list managed by our mailing service for all future mailings.Thank you,Steve K [redacted] , President
