This was one of the better experiences dealing with an outside firm. They made me aware of my rights that I didn't know I had. They made the whole experience painless and worry free. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company once over the settlement, they did all the work and deserved every cent of their fee. I would use them again and I will recommend them to everyone! My experience with PPA was extremely positive. I needed assistance with a home owners insurance claim that my insurance company was in part denying. The contractor was disputing the insurance company's decision and I was stuck in the middle not knowing who to believe. That's when I did some research and found PPA. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and reviewed all of the documentation related to my claim. Not only that but they did it in spite of the fact that the amount in dispute was lower than their threshold for involvement. PPA reviewed all of my information, provided a recommendation and helped me understand the technicalities of the situation - something I was unfamiliar with - even though they did not get paid for their work. I was able to use the information/recommendation they provided to go back and dispute the contractor's bill. It's not often you find a company that is willing to help even though they weren't getting paid. PPA's subject matter expertise and willingness to help was impressive and I would highly recommend them.
