The attendant that works for Phoenix Parking Solutions wrecked and filled out a report stating this fact however my vehicle is still in need of repair six months after the fact. The number to reach anyone at the company requires that I leave a voicemail however no one returns my calls. The issue occurred in May 2019 which is 6 months ago
When parking my car, the parking valet hit a pole and scratched my car. I have attempted to contact the company, but I am getting no responses.
On May 22, 2019, I was attending an event at *** restaurant in midtown Atlanta. They only offer valet parking. I used the valet and when he was parking my car, he ran into a barrier and scratched the side of my car. This was witnessed by an individual. I immediately contacted the valet supervisor and we filled out a Phoenix Parking Claim Report. He stated I would have a response within 2-3 days on how to resolve the matter.
I sent them an email that evening as requested. I have subsequently followed up with several emails and also a phone call. I am getting no response at all from Phoenix Parking Solutions and they seem to be totally ignoring all of my contacts. They have scratched my car and are not taking any ownership to the situation.
I have the claim report, photos and witness information to confirm that the scratch was caused by the parking valet.
The type of vehicle is a 2016 Range Rover Sport and needs to be repaired by an authorized Range Rover dealer.
They need to own the fact that they scratched my car and need to either have it fixed through an authorized dealer or provide me the money to have the scratched fixed.
A check was provided to the guest via our claims department in June 2019 for reimbursement of the damage.
On a Sunday late morning in J
uly 2018, I used a valet parking service provided by this company when dining at a restaurant in midtown Atlanta (corner of Piedmont and Monroe). When I went to retrieve my car after about an hour, it had been damaged by the valet parker. The front bumper had been bumped. I called the Atlanta police and filed a report. I reported this incident immediately to my insurance company, ***. Pictures of the damage and the police report were forwarded to *** along with the parking stub (which includes their policy of making any note of pre-existing damage to a car they accept to park -- and no damage was noted) Since that time, *** and I have attempted to reach out to Phoenix Parking Services via email and telephone to resolve this issue. They have refused to reply in any way or to cooperate (even though their voicemail system indicates that they take incidents very seriously). They have not acted responsibly or fairly.
Repair For Phoenix to pay the claim. The repair estimate is $655 (including my $500 deductible) and to work with *** to resolve this most unfortunate incident.

I was very surprised to get this email after over two years since I thought the company involved in the complaint never replied in any way at any point. In fact, there is no response here. It indicates a response as of May 14, 2020, but it is blank. Help. Thank you.
We apologize for this unfortunate incident. While the customer opted to file with his insurance in lieu of following our standard claims procedure, he was made whole by his insurance company. This claim has long since been resolved.

This is very odd and shifty. The business NEVER responded in over 2.5 years despite many attempts made by Revdex.com, me and USAA. This is fact. They owe me for my $500 deductible. I await this settlement. This is firm. What sort of business is this? Troubling.
