April 30, 2015Dear Representative of the Revdex.com I am responding to a letter that I received from you filed under complaint ID [redacted] regarding the purchase of DVDs, The Phoenix Martial Arts Center (PMAC) was recently taken over after the previous owner passed away....
There was an online link to purchase DVDs still associated with the previous owner's account. This link and all others have since be removed. [redacted] purchased DVD from the old link and the transaction went to the deceased person's account. When [redacted] did not receive the DVD he began sending emails to the deceased emall address for a few weeks with no response.[redacted] later submitted an email using the mail form on the Phoenix Martial Arts Center website (early April) where he was able to get in touch with the current owner. I replied to [redacted]'s email informing him of the above details. I also spoke to the previous owners of the Phoenix Martial Arts center and was informed that [redacted] filed a complaint through his credit card company. [redacted]'s credit card company reversed the charges on his account refunding him the $67.98 total. As a result of the forced reversal a $20 fee was accessed to the [redacted] account of the previous owner of the Phoenix Martial Arts Center,It was requested that [redacted] check his credit card statement for the $67.98 credit that was already applied. However [redacted] never responded, he has instead contacted the Revdex.com requesting an additional $67.93 credit from the Phoenix Martial Arts Center.
I can obtain the records from the previous owner if necessary, However, it will take a little time consider the circumstances, in the meantime, I request [redacted] to check his statements before this issue is pursued any further. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or Comments.Thank you,Phoenix Martial Arts Center
