I have received your letter of 5/12/with the ID and offer the following: Please find attached the lease agreement entered into on 4/16/ by and between The Phoenix Group and *** and *** ***I have underlined the pertinent areas where the security deposit would have monies
deducted from in the event the unit was not returned in the proper condition and there were accounts (late fees, utilities, fines, etc) that would have to be settledThese are the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the lease was executed by and between the parties and the terms and conditions I adhered to when the lease was completedIt is explained to all parties the conditions identified in Section and of the lease what each parties responsibilities are at the time of executionI have attached the invoices also for your reviewI explained to Mr& Mrs*** that this is the lease they agreed to and I see no reason to renegotiate the terms after the factMy staff is clearly instructed when a tenant's lease is ending to refer to the lease document as to the condition the unit is to be returned inPlease review the underlined sections of the lease if you have questionsMrand Mrs*** were refunded the remainder of their security deposit after the deductions specified in the agreed lease were accounted forI am available if you wish to discuss the lease document and this transaction furtherI can be reached at ***
