I purchased a house where they had a previous termite issue warranted through Phoenix Exterminating Upon experiencing another termite issue they were very lacking in response time I got fed up and called several different companies, all of whom came out the same day and had treatment scheduled within the week Afterwards, I finally got a call back from Phoenix Exterminating asking what the issue was - which I promptly replied their response time Frankly, if you have a warranty with this company - you're last on the list I found several others which had better reviews and the fact that they don't put your termite issues first is very worrisome - come on - didn't responded to several phone calls and messages and when I finally reached someone they said "it's on [redacted] desk" Turned out [redacted] was on PTO - was never told, and they should have more than one person working on termites So, in the end I ended up paying a different company $to do what they should have done, and they were much more through, customer friendly and focused then this place I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you really like having termites in your house
