Review: Business advertised on Facebook buy, sell and trade sites for $** auto detailing. I scheduled through private message on facebook for my vehicle to have the detailing done on 8/23. They took my care and brought it back looking great. During post-service inspection I pointed out to the delivery person that the wrong mats were put into my car. She stated she would bring the right ones the next morning. I didn't get them so I messaged again through Facebook and got no response. I called and got no response. I then went to their shop and was given the correct driver side mat but none of the others were there anymore. They promised me they would contact the other customers and find my mats to return them that day or the next. Today I still have yet to receive my mats and attempted to contact them again. They blocked me on Facebook and my phone number. About a half hour ago, they pulled into my driveway and threw a mat out and pulled back out and took off. This mat is also not mine. I have no way to contact them now and don't want an altercation so I will not go to the business. I contacted other customers through the BST sites they had posted in and found that I am not the only one this happened to.Desired Settlement: I want my mats back or the total cost of new ones reimbursed to me.
