Came out to my house and gave me an estimate
for the work. Took him about 20 minutes.
He emailed me the estimate then told me I owed
him $75.00. I questioned this and he tells me that we
discussed the charge when I called for the estimate. I would never PAY for an estimate nor do I remember agreeing to pay 75 for him to come out. I ended up paying him so he would leave.

Sent several emails to him in reguards to the $75.
He stated that technically he doesn't charge for an estimate cause the $75 comes off the total for the job. As long as HE gets the work. UNETHICAL BUSINESS
Do yourself a favour and save 75 bucks. Don't call this rip off artist.

Nick Phillips stalked me on facebook after I refused to use his service. He also repetitively called my boyfriend's phone. It was really scary.

water heater, NEW water softening system, new gas lines, venting, water lines, drain lines. I'm sorry you didn't understand what was well explained to you. Have a great day!

I am aware that it wasn't just for the water heater. But water heater is brand new and just needed adjusted differently. Why sell me another brand new one. I don't think it was professional of you to stalk me in on social media while I was looking for quotes from another company. Or calling my boyfriends phone over 30 times and telling him that he needed to. "Find Jesus" Especially since we already declined service multiple times. I reported you over my privacy not the price.
