Review: Philips Landscaping completed work in our yard in September of 2012. We had a 1 year guarantee on the plants. During the summer of 2013, one cryptomeria and one oak leaf hydrangea died or was about to die. The owner, Tom, told us that they would find comparable plants in the fall and replace those under our warranty - even though it may be beyond the one year by the time they were planted. These were never replaced in the Fall of 2013. In April, 2014 we had discussions with Tom and he told us to go tag the plants and he would plant them. On May 8th, we have an e-mail from Tom stating they would be planted on May 15th. They never were and since that time we have sent several e-mails and made phone calls to Tom with no response. On July 2nd, I informed him via e-mail that since we could not get him to respond to us, we would handle this through the Revdex.com. I never received a response from that e-mail.Desired Settlement: At this point, we do not trust that this company can deliver quality goods and services and are requesting a refund for what we paid for one Cryptomeria and one oak leaf hydrangea.
