The customer, [redacted] came to my establishment to sell assorted gold jewelry and gold coins We agreed on a total price to be paid to the customer would be $ I had a very busy day going through cash I told her I can give her $cash at present and I can give her a check for the balance of $which she was given the option of returning the check to me at the store for cash the following day or depositing if she preferred The money was in the account available since this past Monday morning I have been wondering why the customer had not cashed the check or come to see me or even contact me My bank account show's no check in the amount of $deposited or cashed.We are a very reputable company and have never had any type of complaint like this before Since there was a shortage on cash that day, I wrote other checks to customers for purchases and all three checks were cash with no problem at allI have called the customer and reached her voicemail I left a detailed message with the hopes she will contact me so we can resolve this matter ASAP.Best,Sam R [redacted]
