For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received a call from CPMG on 02/05/expressing their willingness to negotiateOn the second call two days ago, I was promised to get a final answer today 02/11/So far, neither I nor my husband has heard from them in any form In their business response, they stated the finalized move out report was mailed within the day window, while we did not get any one until days after the lease was terminated (table in attachment) and our disagreements about the move-out report was totally ignoredPlease see Fig in attachment for proofWe have everything in dispute well recorded by photos and videosIn the attachment below, how their moreport and move-out report contradict each other is pointed out (Fig.2)The house was built in Figand in the attachment show its condition when we moved inIt was not well cleaned, with some damages even mentioned in the moreport that needed fixing but were never fixedWhile in their move-out report, they wanted to charge us money for those damages documented in their own moreportWe kept the house well maintainedEvery semi-annual house inspector said the house was nice and cleanFigin the attachment is photos we took when we moved out, showing the house was properly cleanedWe fulfilled our duty as tenants We have the right to have our security deposit back On the phone, Brandon politely apologized for not contacting us about our disagreements on the move-out reportHe gave me a follcall on 02/09/We brought back our faith in them for resolving this matter in a timely and professional mannerHowever, CPMG did not give us the final answer within the time frame they promisedWe are disappointed and feel disrespected through the whole process.? the report in a timely mannerThis is not trueOur move out inspection occurred on 12/23/at 10:30AMThe report was finalized on 12/31/at which time it was provided to the tenant by email(See included.) We can confirm that this report was receivedThe finalized move out report was mail within the day window provided by the State of Ohio tenant landlord law. I have included a copy of ***'s move in inspection reportWe use this document, along with pictures taken before move in to create this reportAs you can see, the items that *** is disputing are not listed on the report*** signed this report as accurateOur pictures confirm thisWe are confident that *** understood this move in inspection process, as they previously rented a unit under our management, and had been through this process once before. We are willing to review any pictures and/or documentation that *** can provide and reconsider our evaluationHowever, *** has not provided this to us at this timeWe will be reaching out to *** in an attempt to resolve this amicably.
