I purchased six (6) pump bottles of Kiss My Face Fragrance Free shaving cream from the Pharmafrag online storefront. I've used the product before and have no complaint with the product itself.
However, the packing and shipping left much to be desired. The six 11 oz. pump bottles were placed in a flimsy, recycled corrugated carton with minimal (three sheets) bubble wrap. The carton was oversized for the amount of product and the bottles were left to move freely inside.
But more importantly, the screw-on pump caps on two of the bottles were not even finger tight which resulted in a mess of shave cream liberally smeared over five of the six bottles and much of the bubble wrap.
Pharmafrag's shipping team need to clean up their act!

This was matched by mistake, we issued a full refund for the buyer

I ordered a product, Heel Zeel 100 Tabs, on [redacted] from this company. The product was pictured, described except for a disclaimer, "[redacted] [redacted]" I received a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT. My friend warned me this might happen as it also happened to her. After much complaining to [redacted], PharmaFrag finally sent her the REAL ZEEL HEEL. The other product was a MUCH CHEAPER product called "T-Relief Mobility" NOT THE SAME. PharmaFrag has not responded to my complaint on Amazon as of several days

Review: I purchased this Zyrtec Cetirizine HCl/antihistamine 10mg Tablets 24 Hour Indoor/Outdoor Allergy Relief (Lot of 330 tablets)for the price of 47.70 off of PharmaFrag store front on Amazon.com. Ad clearly states 330 tablets. They sent me 1 bottle of 30 tablets. I contacted Pharmafrag and this is what they told me." The way we communicate with Amazon in uploading our Qty in stock and prices, is with the UPC. Each item has a UPC # which is an identification of the item and it is Unique for that item only. what happened was, we uploaded our database to AMAZON and it was matched in error with a 330 tablets when it was actual the price for 30" I noticed in the 2 customer reviews that both buyers were really happy with the deal. So I posted a comment on their reviews and the one the posted an answer said " Mikey likes it! says:Hey Capt., As far as I know I got 330, although I did not count each pill. The quantity #'s on the bottles add up right."
